We all sometimes have a moment when we’re cooking for people and can’t really be bothered to make dessert. This is an excellent way of getting out of making a fancy pudding – easy peasy and super speedy! It’s barely a recipe but it really is delish. There’s not much to it – simply melt the chocolate (over a bain marie or in the microwave or just in a warm place, being careful not to burn it. Dip the dates into the melted chocolate and set on a piece of parchment paper. Leave to cool and set for a couple of hours. Magic!
